Oodles of FOs

Based on the shape my house was in after spring break, it's pretty apparent that I didn't spend much time there. Based on the mountains of papers I have piled around me, it's pretty apparent that I didn't get much grading done.

One thing I did do during the Terrible, Horrible, No-Good, Very Bad First Quarter of 2012 was knit. Rather than writing an FO post for each of these projects, I'm going to get them all done in one.

Rustic Ridges

Pattern: Purl Ridge Scarf by Stephen West
Yarn: Noro Taiyo in colorway #24
Needles: Size 7, 4.5 mm
Ravel it!

Typha Minima

Pattern: Breathe Deep by Kirsten Kapur
Yarn: Dream in Color Classy in November Muse
Needles: Size 7, 4.5 mm
Notes: Knit for NaKniMitMo 2012 and Stash Down "B" project. They are not very warm as knit and need a liner.
Ravel it!

Mitt Me Baby, One More Time

Pattern: Cozy Thermal Mitts by Karen Everitt
Yarn: The Plucky Knitter Superwash Merino Worsted in Lindsey's Wallpaper
Needles: Size 6, 4 mm
Notes: Knit for Stash Down "C" project. Error on left mitt, so needs to be ripped back and reknit.
Ravel it!

Comfort Shawl

Pattern: Simple Yet Effective Shawl by Laura Chau
Yarn: Cascade Yarns 128 Superwash Chunky in Baby Denim
Needles: Size 11, 8 mm
Ravel it!

Stepping Stones in the Forest

Pattern: Stepping-Stones by Clara Parkes from The Knitter's Book of Socks
Yarn: Three Irish Girls Beckon Merino in Forest Primeval
Needles: Size 2, 2.75mm
Notes: First pair of 12 in 2012.
Ravel it!

Red Socks

Pattern: Dublin Bay Socks by Ryan Morrissey
Yarn: Pagewood Farm Denali Hand Dyed Sock Yarn
Needles: Size 1, 2.25 mm
Notes: Stash Down "D" project and second pair of 12 in 2012.
Ravel it!

I hope you enjoyed the pretty yarn pictures. I spent a lot of spring break fixing the house. Now to tackle the grading...
