- CHECK BACK to see if you won. The contest will end tomorrow evening (Sunday, October 12) at 9:00 P.M. EST. I will post the winner with instructions for contacting me via e-mail within a certain time frame.

I know what I'll do with at least the homespun. I have been loom knitting hats for charity and I just finished one with homespun and I LOVE how it came out. I hated crocheting with it, but it works great on a knitting loom.

I do knitting for the local hospital--infant caps, chemo caps, prayer shawls. I also knit for the Pregnancy Helpline.

My 12 yo and her friends are doing charity knitting for the nursing homes around here, I would give the yarn to her.
I would make Amigurumis and probly knit some things for my family (hats, figerless gloves ect.). Also i would more than likely make some Handmade RAKs! I'd really have a use for the Carrot yarn.
Thanks, for the chance to win some yarny goodness!

With the cold winter coming our way, I would use the Vana's Choice to knit hats and mittens for the local school as many kids go to school daily without hats or mitts to keep them warm.
I would knit cool hats, scarves, and fingerless mitts for my best friend's brood of foster kids (some of whom have never even had a birthday cake, let alone anything hand-knitted!)
Definitely would use the yarn for my kids at work in need of scarves. ;-)
